My cartoon is almost done!
With this new fangled update, the pic links aren’t playing with me.. so just writing just now! There are 3 ways to upload, none are doing it right. When I press ‘insert pic’ it comes up as a white box with a red X. I will be sorted soon enough!
What I wanted to tell you..ages ago, I had an idea for a full length cartoon strip of me, and it is almost done! I was doing the bubble script a few hours ago and sent it off to my artist.
Now I bet you are thinking, but she says..she is an artist?
I cannot, for the life of me, do cartoons. Or I would have done it myself!
I can do many art forms, but cartooning is something I’m a bit mediocre at, so I got a brilliant illustrator to do me!
And you are going to love it!
I mulled around on ideas of the story and then writing just the right amount of suitable script that would fit into a speech bubble.
I took ages to do that, not that it was difficult, I have just been busy with boys!
Oh and that new site that I keep threatening. And a million other things, non Dolly stuff too.
People think that ‘we’ are all ‘ladies of leisure’, but they don’t know what goes on behind the scenes, site stuff, new pics, writing writing writing, links, searching, adding, fixing pics, resizing, loads of work behind the scenes. It is almost a full timer job of sorts, the background stuff. But I love it! It is an on-going art project of my life experiences. I am so happy that I have support too.

Update! Richard of www.69design.co.uk has fixed me! Super fast! I can do pics again, see above and weep. Thank you me darlin’!
